I have a contract phone with onestop... and Im supposed to get cashback evry 4 months, but when I applied for it they wrote back saying I'm not entitled to cashback as it was a clearance phone!It wasnt bought as a clearance phone and my contract states that I should receive my cashback every 4 months (when I send in my bill and cashback coupon which I did).
Was wondering if anyone else has had this trouble and if I'll see my money??:(

I had trouble with my phone insurance with them, i lost the phone few day after having it and they said it wasn't insurered for loss even though it was costing £5 a month cover, spoke to t-Mobile and they said they are a rip-off company and i should of been covered, i wouldnt touch them again.

See this other thred for fuller details of one stop scum (yes I am biased). Althougha few poeple have had good experiences with them they seem to have treated most of their customers with contempt, lies and in my view business practices that amount to fraudulent trading.
