    Try this turn everything off leave for a few minutes then turn back on.

    It might be a silly problem if no go at least you know it all started up Ok.

    now the prblem is in the main computer because it now cannot set up the wireless network because it is trying to find a connection and keeps saying that there is no connectivity!
    Never knock on death's door, ring the doorbell and run away ..... he hates that :mad:

    I have re-installed iTunes from the onlike link you gave me but it still comes up with the error report, but it does take a few minutes before it says error report.

    Sounds like the problem is with your main computer. :D Or was that your Mums computer. :p

    intel: is the only way of solving this problem by completely rebooting (i.e back to factory settings)
