Help, computer problems

My computer is mucking about, it was bought second hand off ebay and after about a month of having some programs have stopped working, for example when i try to open my iTunes it comes up with 'send error report'

does anyone have suggestions with any programs i can download to try and fix the problems, via anti-virus, etc. Or is the only way of solving this problem by completely rebooting the computer?

please help, i hve no idea of what to do

  • uninstall McAffee. You've got 2 antivirus programs trying to scan the same files when you're using them. Look at it at having 2 very thirsty young children and only one drink. They don't know about sharing all they know is that they need to drink the drink.
AV's are doing the same. The see a file needing to be scanned and both scanning it and you're getting a conflict.

remove one for a start, your choice which one but as AVG is free then McAffee

you will need to replace your firewall with Zonalrm free or Kerio Personal which is also free

I used to recommend sipgate but that is being withdrawn ...so kerio

ignore the message on the site about theirs being removed as well as another company are taking over support for the Kerio firewall
