    i still have the same problem with iTunes, when i try to open it a screen pops up and says 'iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close'
    it does not actually open the program, i am having the same problems with some other programs, lke my quicktime which does not even open.
    Never knock on death's door, ring the doorbell and run away ..... he hates that :mad:

    I would uninstall quicktime and itunes then do a manual search for any files or folders regarding these two uninstalled programs then run https://www.ccleaner.com after uninstallation and manual folder/file delete...

    Restart PC and download a fresh copy of both and install.

    P.S My Kerio is fine.. no problems at all..

    i cannot uninstall quicktime!!
    a screen comes up saying: 'unhandled expectation
    error number: .....
    description: DLL function call crashed:QTInstallCode.QuickTimeUnInstallProc
    Setup will now terminate

    any ideas?

    Download http://www.apple.com/itunes/ Install then uninstall and manual delete
    files then restart PC then re-install.....

    I have reinstalled iTunes, from the CD supplied with iPod, but it still comes up with the error report!
    Does anyone have any suggestions of what can be doen to solve this problem?
