i still have the same problem with iTunes, when i try to open it a screen pops up and says 'iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close'
it does not actually open the program, i am having the same problems with some other programs, lke my quicktime which does not even open.Never knock on death's door, ring the doorbell and run away ..... he hates that :mad:0 -
I would uninstall quicktime and itunes then do a manual search for any files or folders regarding these two uninstalled programs then run https://www.ccleaner.com after uninstallation and manual folder/file delete...
Restart PC and download a fresh copy of both and install.
P.S My Kerio is fine.. no problems at all..

i cannot uninstall quicktime!!
a screen comes up saying: 'unhandled expectation
error number: .....

I have reinstalled iTunes, from the CD supplied with iPod, but it still comes up with the error report!
