Hi
This thing here
If you are over 60 you will also get 10% off Boots products (Proof of age may required for this.)
I have a boots card, but my mum doesn't. Could she go in and use my card, and get 10% off the boots products. How will they check her age please?
Thanks_Jen_0 -
Hi Polls, you are an absolute Doll! LOL. Did it say how long this offer was on for? Also, did the SA scan the GWP first or the items first and then the GWP? Moi is going to get 2 x the whole lot as above on Monday. Cheers.
I forgot to look when it finished, but I will try to find out for you.
The SA scanned the items first then the GWP. Dont forget you only have to buy 1500 (Before reduction) pts worth to get the GWP. So shouldl work on the body butter & clean on me alone.:j There was also some Time delay, and FCUK with the same offer, but the way was stand was placed I couldnt get to see them, as it was right by the tills where people were queueing. ~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

I wouldnt have thought it would matter about her age as she would be using your card so any points/discounts would be on your card. It would only work if she took a card out in her name. HTHYour fooling no one bar yourself.0 -
do you have to subscribe to get the mailing coupons. I have never had anything.0

So I left it and walked away.
I did find a very small clearance shelf and bought a Winnie the Pooh reins & harness for DGS for £1.50 - Paid with points.
:eek:omg there the ones i wanted for jess, they never had them in my store :mad:im not allowed to say what i think so ner!:p0 -
The till informs the SA if you have the over 60's 10% discount, so it may not be advisable to use another persons card. After all if an SA thinks the card is being mis used and reports it, then the card along with all the points will be cancelled0

I was pleased with my purchase today.
I wanted a new electric tooth brush and had a £5 off electrical voucher from a good few weeks back and I also got a £5 off electrical from the parenting club too both when you spend over £30 so I got a half price oral b professional care 8000 for £25 and to make it over £30 I got a pack of 4 brush heads (they are on special 1/3 off) also got a few other bits. Gave the lady the first £5 voucher and it worked, then gave extra points voucher then double points voucher and then gave her the other £5 voucher, she said she didn't think it would work as I had used the other but she would give it a try and it did work! I was really pleased...electric toothbrush which comes with 2 heads and 4 more heads for £22.50ish after the £10 discount! and I got 710 points too. (the same tooth brush is £38 alone on amazon and £49 at argos)0
