    SOAP AND GLORY POINTS DEAL

Can confirm beyond doubt that on the 14th of October, that this deal was definately working then.

The deal was (not sure if still running?!) pay for items from a selected range of Soap and Glory with points to get 1/3 off.

    The three items advertised were:
Body Butter 666 pts (think was righteous?)
Exfoliating body 444 pts or could have been 433??? (think was body buffer?)
Wash 333 pts (think was clean on me?)

Also if you spend over 1500 pts you got/get the current GWP free as advertised.

My bill was 2 x exfoliating wash, 2 x wash, gwp 15xx points and it was advertised on a completely different stand away from the usual display.

So erm, not sure if still working, but actually you were better off paying with points lol

It didn't work in London Oxford st tonight. They didn't have the new stuff that is shown on-line either:mad:
    VSP Challenge 2010 No 19 - £416.09 , 2011 No15 - £497.17, 2012 No9 - £146.52. 2013 No5 - £113.92
    SPC4 No1066 - £948.95,
    SPC5 No1066 - £659.49 (2 stone 13lbs)
    SPC6 No1066 - Pot 1 - 3.03b. Pot 2 - 3.05lb Pot 3 - 3.0lb

i bought the frontcover rainbow eyes form boots today, it was on offer for £15 but i am not impressed! the lady at the counter applied a two tone look for me and my friend, we shopped for an hour and by the time we got home the eyeshadow had come off!! i wish i had stuck to urban decay or mac!!

it is pretty but thats as far as it goes so if you are looking for proper make up i would not recommend this... :-)

Oh no! I was just about to order it! Maybe I'll wait for more reviews...

were they the discontinued S&G items?
if so, they would have been discounted anyway?
The S&G items that I got werent discontinued (there in most of the christmas gift sets aswell).

Like the first post says not all Boots are the same/have the same offers/policies so maybe the S&G points offer is store specific.
Finally, I can see you crystal clear

    In order to answer...
Yes, the pink No.7/R&M vouchers do work on the R&M kabunki brush (even though its a christmas gift)
Its usually £8, so £3 with a pinkie!

SA, ss till willing - you could get the R & M Mirror, the Kabuki brush and another gift item (such as the mini manicure set at £5), 342, use till spit and pinky, pay £4 (or make it up to £5 to get another voucher).

A friend of mine was bought this as a present last week (obviously by a non bootser:p ) and she really didn't like it either. I wasn't tempted because i bought the UD book of shadows, so never really took much notice of the set TBH. Are you able to test the shadows instore? If so it might be worthwhile for peeps to do that before buying so they know if they like it or not. x

    (50%, 20% and 10%). I shan't be buying anymore for a month (or two!;))
Hi CGG how did you do that please? I get lost in these threads. Taffy

    Free Soap & Glory voucher.
"buy 10 or more digital photos at our Kodak Instant kiosk and get a free Soap & Glory Body Butter (50ml) or Shower Gel (75ml) voucher.

Offer runs until 18th November 2008 in most Boots stores"

This is on the advert in The Guardian today.
  • Anyone used the £5 Ruby & Millie voucher from Cosmo Bride and a pinkie successfully? I have both but a bit worried about trying it on manned tills, and my nearest SS are about 40 miles away...
Was thinking about trying the 3 for 2 R&M brush and mirror compact and something else.
 I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?

I got my OH to place an online order today to take advantage of the points offer. As well as some toiletries we really needed he ordered:

Benefit Party Prep kit £29.50 for me :j http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=846066&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

Benefit Realness of Concealness £22.50 for me :j http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=23702&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

King of Shaves Azor Razor Warp x 3 £6.98 http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=122226&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

    Total Spend: £76:eek:
    Points Received: 2554:j

The K of S glitch is a good one, if you like the razor or need to make your order up. It only works on the warp (black one) and gives you 3 for 2 then takes £1 off each of the 3 razors giving you 3 for £6.98. My OH really likes this razor, so thanks again to whoever posted about this the other day :T
