How long did you use it before you noticed problems? I have one I've used just a couple times and it's fine so far, and two others I bought for gifts that I haven't opened. If I just turned them on, would the problem be evident immediately? Shoot, if so many are bad, I'm not sure there's any point in exchanging them for another, as that may not work, either.

mine was the first time i switched it on
i didnt even use it
thing is i have chucked my box for mine

don't think they do the R&M mirror & brush is just a glitch sure someone with more knowledge will be along soon
