had a really rubbish!!!! shop today Boo Hoo, no s&g stand with the offer so didn't risk it.. no r&m mirrors did manage the no7 mens GWP, then bought Braun elec toothbrush could have sworn it said £24.99half price.. I got in a panic at the tills SA charged me £39.99 for the toothbrush, £13.50 for no7 after pinkie, gave her £5.00 of elec voucher total £48.something errrrr forgot to take it over £50.00 spend for extra points , got 2 pinkies left don't know what to do now

SA said to go to another branch with the receipt and they would give me a pinkie. Has this happened to anyone else? Can someone help me please? Not sure if I am being really thick, but if till spits from SS tills are not being given out after wednesday, can I still use till spits I have on SS tills iykwim?

Hmmm...I'd be worried about not looking like a wally!
Not sure what will happen, but only thing I have done in the past when my local ran out, was to get the SA to write on the reciept what had happened and then sign it.

The next time I went in they scaned a pinky I already had, but put note in the till in it's place and then handed my pinky back. If that makes sense!

the time i didnt get one as they had run out.. i asked at another till in the store that had them and they said there was nothing they could do about it .. so i would be a bit wary HTH x
