had a really rubbish!!!! shop today Boo Hoo, no s&g stand with the offer so didn't risk it.. no r&m mirrors did manage the no7 mens GWP, then bought Braun elec toothbrush could have sworn it said £24.99half price.. I got in a panic at the tills SA charged me £39.99 for the toothbrush, £13.50 for no7 after pinkie, gave her £5.00 of elec voucher total £48.something errrrr forgot to take it over £50.00 spend for extra points , got 2 pinkies left don't know what to do now :(

It may be worth popping in and checking their signage then speaking to the manager if it did say that as they should refund the difference. :D

I noticed on the Oral B display and also on one part of the Christmas stand the other week that the SEL's were not with the correct items, so it could be that

Has this happened to anyone else? I really don't want to look a total plonker if they say no  Any help and advice gratefully received.

This happened to me - sa did check with supervisor and she said no probs.

Happened a second time and I phone CS who added 500 points to my AC

    Hope this helps

try a pack before you stock up on them coz when they changed the packaging they changed the formulation too and i had to give away 3 packs that i'd managed to get as they made me all blotchy (didn't happen with ones in pink packaging!)

I think I'll be stocking up on the radiance cream this time as it's brilliant at making my winter skin look a bit more healthy

I also got three packs whilst on offer last time - used one and within minutes my skin started to tingle and go red so I washed my face in warm water and was fine after but it felt a bit raw. I have used them about 18months ago and was fine with them so didn't think twice about getting again and just put them in a drawer to give away but after reading a post on here I decided to take them back.

Took them into Boots on Friday and was told that yes the formula and packaging had been changed in July, explained how I had bought them with tillspits and could I have an exchange on the two unopened packs - agreed to a swap of one pack of sanctuary ones for the two boots time delay as they had only one left!!! Had a bit of a fight to get that though - they were adament that there had been no other returns/reactions and were very passive and it was only when I mentioned that I would ring cs when I got home as I felt that it was potentially serious if someone else had a bad reaction that they offered an exchange.

Can't see why not  Seems it is just that they will not be issued :)

Thanks hun, I nearly fainted when I first read it :) As I have planned my shops with military precision using the pinkie n ts combo but can't get to SS tills til friday :) I will of course be doing the R&M glitch but may do it sans ad card as I think the removal of the till spit may mean MrB is getting fed up with the till spit/pinkie combo

    Hello there all,

Completly new to all this and it's taken me a while to pluck up the courage and post on here to ask, but, could someone please explain to me how the R&M mirror glitch works. Going to boots tommorow and could do with some help.:o

    Thank you very much
    Aggie
not sure if anyone else has posted as yet but basically you buy 3 gifts on the 342 one has to be the r&m mirror, which u hand over 1st then other two have to be £6.00 or cheaper then hand over the pinkie 3 gifts for £8.00 i think lol:)

With the s&g bits, if you pay using your advantage card you save 1/3 on selected items, if you buy £15 worth of bits (i don't know if it's £15 after points or before) you can get the miniatures free, ] Quote from Amylou87

You have to spend £15.00 before points are taken off so £15 costs you 999 points and you get the GWP. HTH
even better! :j currently got 1618 points and owed about 2k worth! Lots and lots of s&g for meee. yay. :)
(especially seeing as the bf bought me some today!) :p

Is anyone else having problems with their No7 compact trimmer? Mine keeps stopping and I have to push it together. It seems to be that the battery compartment is loose. I was going to try to get one as a present (if I can get my hands on one because they seem to be like gold dust) but if this is a common problem I might not bother.
