Used points yesterday to buy £17.oo worth of S&G , no voucher given, not only that, but i purchased SOAPER HEROES & hand wash but this combo would'nt allow GWP !!!!!!!!!! @ this point was stressed out just purchased & left shop. Will return it in a few days time & get my points back,
Now i finally have 1/2 price fcuk can't find in any Glasgow stores did see in St Enoch few weeks ago when didn't have voucher any Glasgow Gals seen any

They should be in every store by the 5th november. I have seen them in 2 stores so far. I would expect to find them in larger stores first, but the ones I've seen have been in smaller stores

Unfortuantely, you don't earn vouchers when you spend points. Is the soaper heroes a gift set? if so, that is probably why the GWP wouldn't scan

<<<Hugs>>> for you Clare. It's really horrible when a bad experience like this happens and I totally relate to how you feel. I've had a couple of bad coupon-related incidents in my local Tesco with a particular SA and it left me feeling really awful and embarressed and highly unlikely to go in there for a very long time

Do you have another store you can use from now on and avoid this one?

Its a gift set of travel sizes not unlike the GWP, the other interesting thing is that it does not have a green parcel sticker on it thats why i thought it
would work .
Never mind we all live & learn & 2 rise 2 any boots chalenge thrown @ us !!!

S&G - Soap and Glory - yummy skin care etc
GWP - Gift With Purchase, a free item given when you buy certain items
Pinkie - a voucher given when you spend £5 or more - it is pink! At the moment the voucher is for £5 off No.7 and Ruby and Millie
ts - till spit, a different version of the above issued automatically by more modern tills and self serve till.
the offer on the pinkie/ts will end on 9/11. There is a new offer being issued starting on 5/11 - £5 off time delay and certain skincare. hth
btw <<<hugs>>> to clare+3 I know what it's like to be made to feel really uncomfortable with your vouchers - even if they are all legit. Maybe complain after you've spent your points !
