crazygal and dawn1967 - your ts have been put in the postbox :)

Managed to get 3 x No7 eyeshadow brushes and a Olay handcream for £2.47 today using pinkie, ts and £4 Olay voucher :)

Then got No7 brush foundation, 2 x P&P lipcare and 1500 points for £9.25. Used pinkie, ts, 500pts ACM, 300 pts ACM, 200pts ACM, 500 wyb 2 x P&P. Really annoyed that I didn't make it up by 75p to use 150 pts wys £20 but never mind.

SA serving me was fantastic. It was really quiet in there this afternoon and she was the only till open so I saw her twice :)

Points total is gradually going back up after buying my digital photo frame with 9999 of them (and they were reduced a little while after grrr)

    Hi

Does anyone know the easiest way to gain 550 points? Want to buy the sonic brush with my points....does anyone know when this offer ends?
The acm is giving out 300/500 points for the No7 radiance brush foundation (for some people) the foundation is on clearance in some boots, (about £6, I think). You could use a pinkie to get the foundation for not much and earn the points  could also be on the No.7 342, and sometimes the acm will let you print more than one of each voucher. Quite a lot of work for 300 points tho'!
  • I am new to this and got my first pinkie today, it's for No7 what is the best deal I can use this for? I also managed to get some Valentino rock n roses perfume that was on clearance for £3.75. This was limited to 1 per customer, it smells better than I thought it would too.

    Hi Kay

I tried to use the one I got in Brum, in Walsall - the lovely Sa tried it for me and it came up not valid in this store or on this date - so you can try but I think it's only in the place where it states

    Hi everyone,
Thanks to everyone for posting their bargains on here.
I woke early on Friday morning (clocks going back have messed me up!!) and although it was half term and I didn't have to get up early I couldn't stop lying in bed planning my Boots shop that morning to get my 1000 Xmas points promotion and so I headed of to town at 8.30 am to beat the queues!!!
I was so pleased cause I went into Boots with £15 odd worth of points and came out with £47 odd worth of points... on a £50.64 spend. I gained £32 worth of points and have now got my two eldest DD's who are 18 and 13 looking through the Xmas catalogue to see what I can get them for christmas!!
To get my points I used up 2 vouchers that ran out on Friday, one being a 1500 points on any Braun electric toothbrush over £30 and 250 points repeat prescription, 300 points on No7 Instant Radiance Foundation and of course my normal points and Xmas points promotion. I am in the process of organising a Love in a Box for orphaned children in the Ukraine, Bosnia etc... and I have slected the age group of a girl 12-15 and I know my recent No7 makeup bargains etc... will come in very useful so thanks to you all for giving me some great ideas and tips :T

I was just wondering if anyone knows what Boots policy is for exchanging perfume at all. I brought a perfume just over 6 weeks ago with points at another store because it seemed like it was on clearance and I already have the same perfume which I had been using and liked. 6 weeks down the line and back from a holiday in Majorca where my DH got me a different perfume in duty free I have tried the perfume which is the same as the one I got with my points and I have realised I no longer like it that much!!!! I cant seem to find my original receipt but the perfume is still on sale in my local for exactly the same price I paid for it and my perfume is still sealed in cellophane unopened as it came so would Boots be willing to exchange it all for another perfume or do I have to keep it!! Sorry to go on and I hope someone understands me... I do go on a bit I know but any advice appreciated...
    Many thanks

    Hiya

I think it may depend on your Boots - I took back an unopened Eliz Arden eye cream - was very smiley and apologetic and said I couldn't find the reciept and wnated to know if I could return because I had tried a face cream sample and had a bit of a reaction. SA went off to check with her boss and said I could exchange but not have a refund - which was fine

Jemclajess- Boots do refund perfume if you've simply changed your mind. However, when I did this I had my receipt and it was within 28 days of buying it.
I'd definitely give it a try- they may offer an exchange though if your receipt is 6 weeks old, so worth thinking of what you would like to swap it for
Good luck hun. Awesome shop by the way :T
