Some people have reported difficulties. The only 2 foolproof ways seems to be 1 RM mirror £6, 1 £5 gift, 1 other gift eg £6. the till takes off the £5 (342) £5 off for the pinkie, £2 to pay. Or get 2 RM mirrors and 1 gift. Always put the mirror through first, and make sure the mirror is not your cheapest item or it will not work.
Personally I prefer to buy covering items, it's all stuff I'm going to use eventually and I make it up to £5 to get another pinkie :j

Just wanted to quickly thank Melgirl for the ACM vouchers :A :beer: - radiance brush foundation reduced to £6.33 in my local - used pinky, paid £1.33 and got 700 pts back :j !

Strange thing is though on my receipt it said 36 pts had been taken off for a refund on 22/10 - I've NEVER taken anything back for a refund !!!!

Any ideas anyone? Don't want to ring CS especially after my little points bonus today !

hello just checking but if i as to buy the r&m mirror and then 2 other items at 6 pound wud i still need to make sure ther mirror is taken frist or is this only for items that are more than the mirror, similarily if i get 2 items and 5 wud i need to put mirror thro first. Also how come it leaves so little to pay? is it cause it takes one off on 342 and then the mirror is free as that would still leave about 5 to pay. Sorry but im going shopping tonight. I have 5 vouchers and i will use 2 for the 342 glitch, 1 for mens gwp (how much does 2 make it?) then the remaining one or 2 and get some free things. do i need to buy other things to cover up my shopping? Thanks minimoney for replying, does the mirror still have to go through first even if its not the cheapest item and the 5 item is? or does it then not matter how it goes through?its really confusing but i wud really like to do this glitch!? thanks xxxxx

Hi I am Mad, :hello:

If you buy RM mirror plus 2 x £6 xmas mix and match items then the mirror *must* be scanned first.
If you buy RM mirror plus 1 x £6 mix and match and 1x £5 mix and match, or 2 x £5 mix and match, then it doesn't matter what order the items are scanned, as the £5 item will be deducted as your freebie on 3 for 2 as it is the cheapest overall.

If you buy RM mirror plus 2x £6 items, the till will total £12 after taking off the 3 for 2. Some people have been using a pinkie plus a TS, taking it down to £2. The SS machines have also been issuing another TS for this transaction, even though it is under £5!

If you want to get 2 items that are £7 or £8, then try it with the R&M brush instead of the mirror- this should then work as the R&M item cannot be the cheapest overall for the pinkies/TS's to scan.

If you are not using SS then this is very much down to SA's discretion, as on T&C's of pinkies and TS it states not to be used on Xmas mix and match. However, they are currently scanning with no probs!

You can't, unfortunately! It specifically states on the GWP stand that the Christmas gift sets are not included in the GWP spend.

If you have a £5 item, then no it doesn't have to go thru first, if you have £6 items then yes it does. Put it thru first anyway to save yourself getting confused and panicky - or is that just me? :rolleyes:

Till spit is a piece of paper that comes out of the till at the same time as your receipt. Some newer tills and the SS tills give these out instead of glossy vouchers from the till drawer. At the moment it is No7/R&M £5 off either you get pinkie from the till drawer or till spit with the same £5 off.

You can use both till spit and pinkie at the same time as they have different bar codes - SA dependent usually or if you can use SS till.
