    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    I'm gonna need some longer arms if I'm giving all of you who need a hug one...if you see what I mean.
    Oh, and Jinky too, she seemed to have her mega carp day yesterday but better late than never.
    My day too busy to decide if good or bad, hardly stopped since 11pm last night...thats 40 hours in 3 days. Now its 2 days to myself walking the Malvern hills....me,me,me:p
