Quick visit today - I am off to a course this morning in birmingham......

I am deaf in one ear at the moment...think its a build up of wax. have been using drops but i think its just making it worse!

    Gosh its chilly here this morning and all the windows have condensation on them...Still I am refusing to put the heating on just yet, extra layers for us today! Haven't got much planned today, DD at pre-sch this morning so I will go for a run then may pop into town. If it stays nice will take DD to the playpark this afternoon, really trying to keep her active as I'm worried she is getting a bit overweight (would never tell her that) so time for me to get her to eat better and exercise more without her realising!

    morning all - fffffffreezing here this morning, but it is a lovely day IYKWIM.

    Sal - I know what you mean about trying to gets kids to eat well and be active without them knowing it. I feel the same about Erin, she is cursed with poor genes as Big G and i are both big so already she is wearing teen clothes and the problem will only get worse as she gets older.
