  • oh MrsE I am so sorry to hear that - I know how much you loved Ted and that he was very special to you.

If I, a complete stranger on the internet know that, I am very very sure Ted did too, and he was a lucky cat to be so loved and cared for.

Sorry to hear about that MrsE.

I'm not really a cat person, but I know how much you loved him.

    So so sorry MrsE :(
  • So sorry to hear your sad news. Awful when a loved one dies. Take comfort, if you can, in the fact that he didn't suffer.

I'm so sorry for your loss MrsE. We lost our beautiful cat last year in similar circumstances & had a private cremation for him. I think your idea of planting a living memorial to Ted is wonderful and, if you don't mind, I think I will use your idea & do the same thing for our Widget.

    Wishing you well x

How sad MrsE, All the times you remember Ted, he lives on in your heart. Sending you a big hug at this sad time
  • So sorry for your loss.

I think planting something in the garden and scattering Ted's ashes is a lovely way of remembering him.

RIP Ted x I am sure you will become a lovely Angel Cat xx
  • MrsE,

Your post had made me cry. Heartfelt sympathy for your loss, such a young cat, poor thing. I can almost feel your pain and shock, it really is a very sad event.

Hope he is in some nice place, with lots of lovely kitties, treats and toys.

If it is any consolation, just think how happy he was with you, you must have given him a wonderful, sweet life, however short.

    Lots of hugs, Missbargain

Again thank you I really am so touched at your kind words.

If he had to go, then I'm glad for him it was a quick passing. Nothing is worse for an animal than prolonged vet treatment - they hate all that & don't understand its to try & help them, so at least he didn't suffer & was in good health.

But more than anything I am so grateful I was with him & it happened in his home. Would have been awful it he had been here alone or worse still out doors & alone. So I am so very very grateful for that. I pray he heard me & felt me as it happened.

Sorry I'm crying again, but thank you

    xxxx
