Unfortunately most providers will do credit checks, PS.
You need a BT line for broadband, and for a BT line and internet providers who use that line you will probably have to pay upfront or a deposit as a bankrupt.
The only broadband you can get without a BT line is cable (only Virgin and Sky, I think) and they will both credit check you, but again you might be able to pay upfront or a deposit.0 -
vrigin is excellent for a provider, good luck gettigng someone who speaks good english when you call though, adn like i said, watch out for the 50 quid bill ring stinger..
kier, i only have BB, no fone line, cable though it is.0 -
Yeah I was with Virgin with no phone line (until I had to stop paying the bill!) and I have to say they were pretty good. They will credit check you though.0

Thanks for the advice Kier and PS. :beer:TV - I have no sympathy with that - get a freeview box from Argos and do without Sky and Cable rubbish!!
I don't drink, smoke very little, and don't go out - TV is the only entertainment I have so forgive me if I want something a little more than freeview.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
