I can't even earn points.
Whenever I go to a retailers page section it asks me to login otherwise I won't earn points when I am clearly already logged in. I have tried multiple browsers.

I joined up because it says 500 points for joining then with the code for 1000 it should have been 1500 but they only gave me 1000? There is nothing worth paying the extra for to get.0
