I can't even earn points.
Whenever I go to a retailers page section it asks me to login otherwise I won't earn points when I am clearly already logged in. I have tried multiple browsers.
Even the contact form doesn't work.
Yes, this happened to me too (although the contact form did work
). However its easy to correct. You can't go to the store to earn points if you click on "read more" first. So just start again, select your retailer, click on the logo - NOT read more - and you will see the button "shop now" which takes you direct to the shop site so you can earn your points. Easy when you know how!:D
Re. other moans about the site and points going up etc - well, they must have been inundated by us MSErs wanting freebies and they are a new outfit - so give them a break I say
Mind you they have not replied to a question I asked about a radio on their site...
Overall tho I think this was a great post

i'm having a similar, but not the same, problem... whenever I try to log in the page doesn't load properly, very strangeI can't even earn points.

Even the contact form doesn't work. Owing to financial constraints, the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off until further notice.

hmm they seem to have made everything cost more than 1000 points now theres codes for free points. ill offset my flights instead then!What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

i don't see any person more stupid then the one spending money/points on offset projects.......lol what da hack you know about it? nothing and these all things is to make you fool nothing else just buy your self somthing rather then wasting it or if you are really into offset then don't eat or drink that will save the planet..........0

same here,iv just received a penguin figure torch from them that doesnt use batteries,its really good ,better than i was expecting and it was only 500 points.by any chance have you got any codes for carboncreditz?
Iv just tried to find the codes I used with no luck,but ill try find them for you tomorrow when I have more time.
