  • congratulations!

On the CBC it keeps changing the date is this happening to anyone else?

Also does anyone know how to change the date of a show once you've keyed it in? I've done all the guest orders but can't proceed as it's 20th instead of 19th (and we're still on 19th) but it won't let me change it

    thanks

Has anyone had a guest's card declined? I did, but I've sorted it out now. It's a pain in the a**** because it holds the whole order up.

Yes Im sure its happened to everyone - its my least favourite part of the job:mad: but I will say it is very easy in the drop down buttons to click the wrong date Im usually very good wth these things but found a few times that the date I picked jumped to one above so you need to make sure the details are correct!

I had a very successful party last night although no confirmed bookings from it (yet!). What I was wondering is that I was handed a gift certificate as part payment towards an order. When I put the order through on the website instead of deducting the amount from the total it just added it as an extra order bringing the total amount up and putting me out of pocket. Should I redeem the certificate through the gift certificate section before putting the order through? Not sure how this works.

ps. Still haven't been paid my earlier commission will have to ring head office as my leader was not much help at all when I asked her.
The certificate gets added to hostess commission - this does not add towards any sales as when the certificate was originally ordered it counted towards sales - so when someone redeems this you just treat this as extra hostess commission and put through at the end.

If you ever have any problems with payments etc just go directly to head-office either by email consultant.services or by phone and they are really very good at helping you - a small team but vry friendly and helpfull:D

the only way to change it is to delete and start again - its one of the things you will learn it drives me mad when I get it wrong and need the information to be correct:eek:

I did this but it did not take the amount of the gift certificate off the final amount and its charging me for it.

No it shouldn't phone head office! You can't put the girls order through as an order you at the end when its at the hostess part you add the gift certificate and this should then up the total of hostess commission by the aount of the gift certificate - then you should key in the person's order!

Sorted it now. Thanks. Won't be putting the order through yet as the hostess said she has more people ordering stuff tomorrow!
