take it you have to be at conference to get all the goodies and if you're not there then you don't get entered? Ie you know how at the moment in reflections they talk about sponsoring etc and getting tickets for a draw then i presume that even if you have loads of tickets then you must be at conference for them to be entered.0

I think I will try and get there - it's only an hour or so on the train from me and an advance ticket is cheap. I'll send my form in later.0

Been looking to get some cellophane to wrap little gifts in ready for my first party, Ive left it a bit late to order online...anyone got any ideas where I can get some?0

Ask at a florist, they'll usually sell you some.0

I'd love to come to the conference but it clashes with my already booked holiday.Lightbulb moment: 14 May 2008Debt free date: April 2014DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 188Nightowl Member No 160

I'm getting a bit concerned. After finding out you have to pay out of your own pocket for the booking gifts I have also been told that you get charged for the monthly letter/reflections that is sent out. Is this true? I don't remember being warned of this?
I'm worried now because I don't want to take this on as a career, just to earn a bit of extra cash but if I keep having to pay out for things then I'm just not going to get anything out of it.
ps. On a lighter note I did get my Gaia tealight lampshade today and its very cute. Probably wouldn't buy it if I was buying myself something but hey ho everyone has different tastes.Lightbulb moment: 14 May 2008Debt free date: April 2014DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 188Nightowl Member No 160 -

I can honestly say you don't keep paying out money or else I wouldn't still be here as I have too many mouths to feed and working to earn money -hope this puts your mind at rest!
You do not pay anything else except for £3 a month which comes off your commission statement - so if you don't earn that month you don't pay anything - this covers you for reflections etc and paperwork.I get paid to party!:rotfl:0 -
