Im sorry that happened to you but I can say from experience the royal mail can cause problems I have had various stuff go missing - I take all my mail to post office to weigh and they tell me the price - they are human and can get it wrong sometimes, so maybe wasn't the person sending you some information.

It sounds like you have had a one off bad experience, I have very recently signed up and am waiting for all my paperwork to come through but have been really happy and surprised by all the support and help I have received. Just waiting for everything to come so I can get started and I cant wait.

Please give it another go, everyone makes mistakes once in a while. Even me who tries to be super organised :rotfl:

Just a quick question. How long before you get paid your first lot of commission? I earned a little from my last party which was over two weeks ago but haven't been paid yet.

If I want to make a consultant order, how much do I have to spend to waive the P&P or is that charged no matter how much you order? Alternatively can you add a consultant order to a party order to save on P&P?

If order was online by friday midnight then paid directly into your bank the following thursday - so probably your party was a sat which means you need to wait until this thurs.
