Nearlly at the goal post for Hong Kong , got enough points , just need our second sponser to qualify by end of March ,also got another one starting in March , fingers crossed it goes o.k ( not counting my chickens until they have hatched though )

It's really strange with sponsering , you can give information , promote the job etc till the cows come home , but it seems like unless it's the right time for people to start they won't join . It's a bit like buses , some months they don't come in and then some months they all come at once lol. I guess the most important thing is to keep sowing the seeds and waiting for the right time.

Ive been doing partylite since last October! I am really keen to find someone who lives in the High Peak or Stockport, Cheshire area who is also doing partylite! At the moment I know absolutly nobody other than my upline who lives miles away!!

Any tips on getting bookings? And what do people usually give their host for hosting the party? Any ideas for games?

I tried out a new booking idea the other day and it worked really well

I bought some gold envelopes and inside I put a small card with

Youve won ................ . I chose things like ex guest specials I picked up cheap , £10 extra hostess credit , mystery wax packs worth £15 ( I could use some cheap wax bought in using guest special wax offers for Feb ...works out at least 60% off RRP) . Anything else you want to get rid of like old stock . Many of the things I had won or got free. You could even write down "a bottle of free wine" to get their party started

When I asked about bookings at the show , I say the person who books a party can pick a gold envelope and that inside is a mystery gift that I will bring with me when they hold their show . They dont get it unless their show holds on the origional date booked . You can even use these gold envelopes to tie in to specific dates that you want filled in you diary . You could have white envelopes with smaller prizes for shows booked further on in your diary like the following month, so book sooner and get a gold envelope and get a better prize

These envelopes created so much excitement and everyone crowded round the guest who booked just to see what she had won

To get the prizeIdont insist that it's a £165+1 show because this makes them feel like they have to meet certain criteria ( the catch) . I'm taking a gamble , but chances are the party will be a good one anyway . If there is no criteria to meet they are also less likely to cancel their party . More bookings held= more business and sales = more people to meet= more chance of building my team by sponsering

Unfortunately not...got no babysitter. It's times like this that I realise my OH does quite a lot. My mum is coming down so I can go to the Cumbria trip and it's not fair to ask her to come down twice in a few weeks as she needs to use her holidays from work. I'll bet it's fab though. Are you going?
