Hi
I did contact my upline but is was shrugged off. You are probably right as I do have the new kit.
The reason I am questionning it as the flyer states votives will be included in Kits issued between 1st Sept and 31st December 2009 so I was expecting to get this as my kit was issued in December. It would have been nice to have some votives to give out to my hostesses as I wont have any for awhile.
Thanks for all your help :j
So you can tell anyone thinking about having a party to get their skates on for Jan!:jI get paid to party!:rotfl:0 -

Its a pretty good deal too , they dont need any bookings to get the sampler set either ( just £80 min of sales which most parties do) . I'm not sure though if it is a current sampler set though, It might be an old one from 2008 or 2009, like the last sampler offer.
Well finally back into the swing of things now that the snow has melted and getting out doing parties again . We are trying to get more bookings into february now via business phonecalls explaing that Feb is 25% commission until the 12th . It seems to be working!! Got 3 bookings tonight over the phone.0 -
I have my first 'proper' party on Wenesday and my hostess is expecting a good turn out. I have read up on getting bookings and spoken to my leader but does anyone has any techniques that they find helpful? It would be great to get 2 bookings as my hostess qualifies for a rebooking gift if we do. I have spoken to her about this and will do again tomorrow to see who might be interested in holding a party.:A
p.s after all my whinging I came home on Friday to find the votive packs waiting for me! :rotfl:Growing old is mandatory:

Thats good news about the votives . Hopefully these will make great booking gifts
When I do a party I do plenty of "hostess coaching" first , I explain that if she concentrates on finding bookings for her show ( before the night ) and I will concentrate in getting the sales for her and as much free product as I possibly can ( i will even break the "rules" a bit if i know she has got bookings and fiddle it so she gets as much as possible ). It takes all the hastle out of finding people to book a party on the night , as the last thing I want to do is pressure people to hold a show if they don't want one ( they will most likely cancel otherwise) . If you get the hostess to get the bookings they are more likely to hold and people feel more comfortable sometimes if the hostess asks rather than the consultant. Hope this helps0 -
I find out what booking gift the hostess likes and use this to help get bookings.
If my hostess liked Quintet then I would take this along on the night and show her guests what she is looking to get free and explain to them how they can help her.I get paid to party!:rotfl:0 -
Ooh finally had my starter show last night after twice changing date - once for hubby having swine flu and then last week all my guests were literally snowed in!
I was really nervous just wondering if it was going to be alright - it went really well, good sales and one of my guests asked me if she could book a party rather than me ask - fab!
I'm really excited now and can't wait to do my upcoming parties - yee-ha!
