  • Hi all

Went to a fantastic training session on Saturday in Belbroughton, Worcestershire!! I'm so excited about starting off now ... Can't wait til my starter show on Thursday!!

Everyone should attend these training days!! I found out so much in such a short space of time and it is so lovely to meet others in the business!! I thoroughly enjoyed my day (and I won prizes ... yay!!)

I haven't used ebay but there's no harm in trying. Think I emailed you the candle pool in the multitude of stuff I sent but if you haven't got it let me know.

What do you mean by selling tools?

Sunsette, glad you enjoyed it!! Some of us are too far away from our official groups so can't attend but I do miss the meetings etc and totally agree - if you can get to one then go!!!!

Ideas like candle pool etc. have a few ideas in mind when displaying and talking ie, quality of candles etc but was wondering if any others have any gimmick etc they use to sell that are similar to candle pool? Have a mum n tots morning that normally have sellers come to the mums and spoke with the childminding coordinator this morn as they normally do get togethers and have 2 more potential bookings.. yipeeeee:rotfl:

Yup just rechecked the bits and candle pool is in there.... Have to be carefull at the min as hubby is selling all his old junk on my ebay and my inbox is being swamped by junk so I cant find things I need. men!!!!

Will link up to your facebook now :D

Has gone to play on her own little world for a bit..... but its ok the voices in her head came too so she's not alone ;)

Wow - you're bookings are coming in thick and fast - huge well done!! In my opinion once people see the quality of the candles and the products they sell themselves. The amount of times I've heard .... wow that looks much better than in the catalogue!! The products will sell - I promise!!

Grrr I was sacked by partylite cos my starter show orders werent over £300!!! Did have another 2 confirmed parties but they didn't want me lol.
  • Thats a great idea,, I have lots of raffle tickets in work so will pick a book up!

    Thanks :D

Does anyone here advertise there partys on ebay services???? If so have you had a good response???
Saw one on there last night and was thinking of doing similar.

Also does anyone else have any partylite selling tools they add into there partys??

    Hi Hannah
You might want to try using hostess necklaces to get bookings . It's a really good way to get people interested in having a show . Another way is to offer to bring a FREE bottle of wine ( say its for the first 10 hostess's only and a limited offer )to the party. P.M me and I will let you have the details . Remember ( as we are all frequently told) sales are Silver , but bookings are Gold . You need to be looking to get at least two bookings from every party that you do . That way if one or two cancel , your business will still continue and you shouldn't run out of Partys

What were your sales Nikki? This is no reason not to be started. Send me some further info by PM and I will look into it for you.
