Has anyone ordered the new fragrance stackers? Mine came yesterday and I put them all together and put the stickers on and now I find that I can't open them all. There are 3 or 4 that are completely stuck, even got my hubs to try and he couldn't budge them. Anyone else had this problem? I think I might have to send them back.:mad:Lightbulb moment: 14 May 2008Debt free date: April 2014DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 188Nightowl Member No 160

Yes, some of mine were really stuck but we prised them, apart eventually. I don't think the pull ones are as good as the screw ones!!Murphy's No More Pies Club Member No. 680

I'm getting really hacked off now. I started as a consultant in June, had 2 parties in July, 1 in August, 1 next week and now the only other party I had booked for September just cancelled saying maybe next year!!!!!
I have advertised everywhere I can think of (netmums, gumtree, free-ads, local shop windows, my car etc). I really don't have time to do catalogue drops as I work full time and also do Avon (none of the customers are interested in Partylite!).
Any ideas on how to get more parties, I've tried asking friends, before I started they all said yes, now I'm doing it only 3 have had parties and I can't keep asking the same ones over and over.0 -

Hi Honeymum
I feel for you - it's very frustrating when you put time and effort in and don't get a lot back. You're doing a lot better than me though - I've had 2 parties since I started in March, one of which was my starter show. I don't have a lot of contacts to ask for parties, so I'm at a disadvantage.
I've just done a big mailshot to some local companies (hairdressers, beauty places) etc with a short letter and a poster for them to put up in their staff rooms. You could also try contacting local companies to see if they would let you have a table perhaps at lunchtime?
Have you been in touch with your upline leader and explained how you feel?0 -
I have got a letter which I will send to local companies. Just getting a bit disheartened I suppose, I feel better now I've hd a whinge!! Still open to ideas though.
I haven't spoken to my leader but I'm sure she'll see this, oops I'd better email and tell her I'm not ready to give up yet.0
