I have to stick to a very strict diet for health reasons (ulcerative colitis) so now I can't eat most 'ready-prepared' food in cafes, shops and so on I have to make it all at home! It has worked out much cheaper, probably about £3 at the most each day, but is so time-consuming!0

I would say we spend between 50p-£1 per person with 50p being the average price... I do 2 pack-ups 5 days a week and 18 lunches at home a week - we usually have leftovers or HM soup/sandwiches with a piece of fruit and a piece of cake for those who want0
