  • About 50p as I make it at home Bye Bye:T
  • I work from home so use what is in the kitchen. when I worked outside the home, I never took lunch and spent about £5 per day. Too, too much.
  • I spend about £2.30 on a pre-packed sandwich, 50p on a packet of crisps and for 2 drinks £2.00 bringing the total to £4.80. My goodness over 5 days thats a whooping £24.00 or more sometimes.  I think I need to change my lunch for home made sandwiches. Fingers crossed I get picked. Good luck all. :j
  • If I honest I normally take dinner from the night before to work. I have become very money savy as I use to have to pay approx £3 per day which works out at nearly £60 a month and nearly £720 on a year - which is a massive waste!
  • I spend about £0.70 per day. I usually take sandwicks which helps to keep the cost down.
  • Up to a £1, I take my own in.
  • We all have packed lunches so we probably spend about £1 each on lunch. 5 of us, so that is £5

  • I spend around £6.50 per day. Really should take the sandwiches instead of buying...
Spreading the gospel that is Martin Lewis to the future generation....I'm a Home Economics Teacher and being thrifty is the way!:A
  • Usually less than 50 pence. I take a cup-a-soup and a piece of fruit in an effort to lose a few pounds and save cash at the same time. Then cook a proper meal at home for whole family - try to use fresh ingredients where possible as it is cheaper, better for them and goes further than convenience meals.

Also pay £3 a month for hot drinks, toast, biscuits etc available throughout the day (have to make it your self, & often end up making it for others as they all come out of the woodwork as the kettle boils!).
:j A real bargain if ever I saw one. :j
