Probably about £2.50 per day, sometimes less and sometimes more - Fridays is our M&S Lunch day which I look forward to all week, one person from the office pops out to M&S and gets us all rolls, I looooooove M&S rolls!

Nothing most of the time. Always pack something if I have to eat out.

At home, I tend to plan for a little left over from dinner the night before. For example, make extra pasta sauce and boil extra pasta. The next day, warm up pasta sauce and refresh cooked pasta in boiling water. Add some freshly grated parmesan and freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley, yummy.

I usually spend between 50p and £1 a day but once a week I will treat myself which costs anything from £1.50 to £3.00.

off topic i know, but i didn't want to feel guilty if i did actually get a pack, i am a newbie poster but have been a fan of this site for years :-) thanks Martin et al....will probably post again now that i've registered!
