    About sixty pence - I make two tier bento lunches for me and my other half every day using as much garden produce as possible and keeping the price to a maximum of eighty pence. His workmates can't wait to see what he gets to eat each day!

    I spend between £3 to £6 per day for lunch.
    I sometime try to take food to work with me but this not always the case.

    i personally dont eat lunch, which i know is a terrible sin,but i reckon to make my sons lunch for about 50p in the winter but bring this down to about 20p in the summer by raiding the veg garden every morning.Whatever I have a good crop of is what he gets.Its apples and carrots at the moment.

    I used to spend around £3 a day for lunch at the god-awful Uni restaurant. Roast dinner never was unappealing! Now I make a salad at home so it comes to around 50p-£1.50 depending on ingredients as I sometimes have a slice of quiche with it so it's a little more filling.
