I would say I have most lunches as packup but buy breakfast at around 1.00 per day most mornings, so 5.00 per week.

Typically my lunch is a carrot, an apple, a clementine, some cherry tomatoes, some V8 and some juice (from 1lt packs), so around 90p - £1. Mind you, if you think it sounds overly healthy, I do hit the crisps and chocolate in the evening!

I have a simple lunch at home. It would usually be under a pound and sometimes it's very cheap value stuff. Sometimes though I have a great lunch of all kinds of special things for just a few pence by getting end of day supermarket reductions. All kinds of interesting items (refridgerated items, bakery items, and fruit & vegetables) perhaps with 90% reductions or even better. :j
