Lunch does not normally cost me anything because I always make sure I have enough left overs from the night before's dinner to use for my lunch.0

About 80p most days0

As a SATM most days it's nothing as I eat whatever is in the fridge needing using up, OH and DD less than £1 each as they have packed lunch.0

When in the office I mostly make my own (50p -£1.50) except Fridays where I treat myself with take away (£5). I do quite a few off site events also but I can claim the food cost back and it would be hard keeping a packed lunch fresh.0

On average I would spend:
One yougurt out of a six pack (6 Asda low fat 98p) - 17p approx
One sachet of Asda Cup a Soup 58p for 4 sachets -15p approx
A piece of fruit (from a multipack) - 20p approx
Handful of carrot sticks - 20p approx
Total amount for lunch approx 72p approx. (BARGAIN)
Saw that M&S also had a link to the Lovefoodhatewaste website on their site too.0 -
