I spend about a pound a day (packed lunch), and keep a jar of coffee and mug in my desk so I don't have to pay for hot drinks (hot water from the vending machine is free).

The amount I spend on lunch is definitely the silver lining to most of my colleagues having been made redundant earlier this year - the pub lunches have more or less come to an end now I have no friends!

i bring my own to work, cost around £1-2 depends on what i cook but it is mostly rice meal (steam rice and a meat or veg dish) which i always have warmish at work. thanks to the microwave

About 50p-£1 normally I guess (home-made sandwiches using home-made bread, and some fruit from an organic veg box), rising to £2.50-£3ish if I have to buy lunch at work.
