A lot won't, I have left negs for nPBs without any in return but you just need one to leave you a retaliatory one and that's it.

I've got one at the moment, didn't pay me but i'm not leaving a neg yet as two other sellers have left her a neg and she just left one straight back in return. I had hoped she would have been kicked off by now, but I can only assume the other sellers haven't all gone through the NPB process and put a strike on her account.

Looking at her buying history she bought about 11 things at the same time, and has not received a single positive feedback for any of them, so it looks like a bad one.

I left neutral feedback saying that it took 6 weeks for payment.
I've got another now, let me commence the ever more frequent phone calls.

if you want to leave neg feedback and they havnt left any for you yet yoou can work out when the feedback period ends ( you got to leave feedback within 90 days) and on the 89th day very late at night leave them neg

Remember, its not a case of leaving the neg as late as possible on the 89th day. It all depends what time your listing ended. If it ended at 5.00pm then you have got until 5.00pm ninety days later to leave your feedback and NOT at midnight!

Lmao me either I'd have hit him with a NPB after 7 days :rudolf:

Me too! I am absolutely sick of NPB! I have loads of them and I don't sell that much stuff. I sold a Christmas dvd over a week ago and haven't received payment. I contacted him and he said he was having trouble with Paypal, so I suggested he pay by postal order or cheque instead but he hasn't contacted me since. Ive started the NPB process but now have to wait another week before Ebay give me my fees back and let me relist the item by which time Christmas is over and no one is likely to want the dvd!

Ive relisted the item anyway and paid the fees to do so but this is so annoying. Why do they bid if they don't want the item? It really wastes your time!

The new rules only come into effect if the buyer does not particiapte in the NPB process, so a buyer can still work the system by responding to the dispute saying they are too ill to pay, or whatever and that might be enough to get their feedback to stand.

Ohh, I never thought of that. Ebay need to change it so if the buyer gets an unpaid strike then they can't leave feedback.

Mine get a friendly email after about 5 days asking if they still want the item. Then they get a NPB alert after 7 days. I dont close the NPB alert until payment has cleared.

Giving sellers that much power wouldn't work. Imagine a seller that only accepts cheques or BACs transfers (paypal is traceable by ebay so scam wouldn't work), takes your money, doesn't send your goods and then files for NPB on you and you can't even leave feedback in return!
