yes me, CHAPS initiated 7th went through on the 8th. I didn't receive an email so if the pattern established here is correct. I should be getting my money today, perhaps being named on channel 4 means they have put me at the bottom of their todo pile.

Yes. CHAPS 8th Oct am. It's not actually showing as a credit to the account yet, but it's in the Balance figure in the summary and also in the "available" figure.

The money is now showing in my balance in my A&L online account - cant see it detailed in the transactions list yet so not sure how much has been deposited (whether the CHAPS fee has been refunded) but it is obviously starting to appear in A&L accounts.

Just want to say thanks to everyone here who has helped and supported others here, it really helped to know there were others in the same situation and also to the people who made our voices heard through the media!

I have had enough to the point where I registered so I could vote!

While I am glad for those whose money is appearing, it is becoming even more frustrating for the rest of us. Am I the only BACS from the evening of the 6th (debited on 7th) that hasn't been paid?

Blimey, I even got a call from my local Lloyds TSB congratulating me on my large chaps payment from ING, didn’t even try to sell me anything, excellent bank!

My 34K has arrived in my Nationwide account. Withdrawal from KE was Tuesday 7th October about 4pm. Sobbed with relief. THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
