Did you not get an email from ING saying that there would be a delay? I think that they will want to get all of the requests made before/during the takeover sorted out before starting on the ones made after October 9th.

A huge thank you to all who have kept me sane over the last 2 weeks - couldn't have survived this without the fantastic support, coffees, humour. It was so good to know I wasn't the only one in the boat.

Fingers crossed for more successful payments being received.

Like an addict, will have to keep the forum showing to keep up to date and support any who are still waiting.
