..you will have to convince me that ING is a competent institution, that can provide good customer service, at difficult times. Clearly, your workload suddenly jumped, but so did Abbeys, when they acquired Br and Bingley. Agree you had administrators to contend with, but you could have paid us CHAPS (as well as CHAPESSES).....its only a few million, which you could have claimed from HM government eventually, or from the Dutch authorities in case of difficulties with administrators.!




Before I spend this, please can anyone confirm that this transfer can not be recalled now, even by HM Treasury!

I am moving it out straight away, offshore!

Tried to transfer £35k via CHAPS to Intelligent Finance on 7/10. Was deducted immedaitely from my balance at KE but no money credited at IF.

What's your latest running total? Can it be a sticky?

Withdrawn by online CHAPS 7th October a.m.

£20 Chaps fee has been deducted.
Now we need return of fee plus missing interest accrued (I'm not in favour of allowing any bank escape these obligations - but that's for later.)
