Just phoned KE, spoke to Carl, asking for the chaps reference for the cash transfer of my cash, he is going to get someone to phone and advise me of this later............ I informed him I would be ringing at two hourly intervals for that information, as my bank need that reference for them to start enquiries into finding where my money is.

I made the mistake of reading the forum without logging on and saw some posts from the revolting Troll. Ignore it, don’t be tempted to answer it, then it will die. My apologies to all newbies,. Please do not take any notice of the revolting Troll. You're all very welcome. I was a newbie, just a few weeks ago.

Please let me know what they say, I spoke to KE last Friday and was given my CHAPS transaction number over the phone. But nobody will check that number to see if it is being dealt with. Just hitting a brick wall of "all transactions will start arriving in accounts on Friday".

HOW DO I KNOW MINE IS IN THE ALL??

I have my original CHAPS transaction reference, but I have requested the actual CHAPS transfer reference for the transfer of my cash which should be in motion according to KE and ING.
Once I have this, my bank says they will start an enquiry where it is.
