Hello Martin
I've just (9.30am) posted an update to the list of people awaiting transfers.
I'm posting a further update during the afternoon, and then another update at 5.30pm.
If there any people still waiting for their transfers at 5.30pm, I'll post a further update at 7.30pm.
I thought it would be helpful for you to know these times, just in case there is anyone who doesn't get their transfer through and you need to intervene on their behalf.

I requested a BACS transfer for £10k from my ING a/c on Wednesday and surprise, surprise it's in my BoI a/c this morning. However, while this is some joy, I'll be happier when my much larger amount from KE appears. northernstar5, don't take me off your "still waiting" list.
Have had to cancel my proposed weekend away which may be just as well with all this turmoil going on.0 -

UPDATE: THURSDAY 23RD OCTOBER, 18.00PM
PAYMENTS UPDATE:
We are pleased to confirm that the backlog of external payments requested on or before Monday 20th October has now been cleared. These payments have been sent out and have started appearing in destination bank accounts.
If you have any further queries on payments that were requested on or before Monday 20th October, please contact our Customer Service team on 08451 31 32 34.
Withdrawals from Tuesday 21st October:
BACS transactions are being processed within normal timescales and will be credited within 3 working days.
We are currently unable to process CHAPS payments within the normal timescale (i.e. same day or next day) and these requests will take 3 days. Please use the BACS service until further notice so that no fee is incurred.
Interest adjustment and refund of CHAPS fees:
ING Direct will refund the loss of interest on your Kaupthing Edge account that resulted from payment delays. CHAPS fees will also be refunded in cases where the payment was not sent within the normal timescale. An update will be posted on this page next week, giving further information and an update on timings.
Payments In
Not all payments in are being processed normally. We are continuing to work to resolve this and will issue an update as soon as possible.
Fixed Term Product Accounts:
Customers with deposits in a Fixed Term Savings accounts can be assured that these rates will be honoured by ING Direct for the remaining term of the accounts
Thank you for you patience, and once again we apologise for any inconvenience and distress that payment delays have caused.

I made a CHAPS transfer Tuesday PM 07/10, the money didn't move all day Wednesday. On Thursday morning MY KE balance went to -£19 (Chaps Fee) I then made a BACS transfer from my linked account of £20 to my KE account to cover the fee (I had assumed it would have come from the total) However to this day my cash hasn't returned to KE nor has ot arrived in my linked account. I've received an email to say I'm in the 5%.
Still no Money today. Linked account Barclays0 -

They still won't give any status on individuals account/transaction numbers! It would help just to know they are aware of us as individual cases. :eek:No more offshore banking for me :rolleyes:0 -
