:j Money's just come through (5 mins ago)!!! Chaps payment for £34k made on 7 October at about 13:30. I kissed the screen...

I'm sure all of your payments will come through soon I hope so - especially nomorekids for all the help she's given us. :T

and mine is minus £20, plus my KE account was debited £20.

So I have been charged £40 for a CHAPS transfer that has taken 12 days!

I just wish these people with our money, realise the worry, stress, sleepless nights etc, etc, that they are putting us through, would put themselves in our position and hurry up and get this matter brought to a swift solution. I for one cannot take another week of uncertainty.
