My money arrived this afternoon, requested on 8th and taken from my account on the 9th, and they have also taken another £20 CHAPS fee, total now £40.00.
However, my thanks go to all those people who worked together on this Site to badger ING and support everyone else. And thanks to Martin for his efforts on our behalf.
To those people still waiting - I hope you all get your money in the next couple of days and I'll still keep coming back on to support you all.

The two BACS transfers from K E actioned on Mon this week have arrived in my RBS acc this afternoon. Hurrah! I can pay off my credit card.Can't quite believe it. Have opened an Egg savings account @ 6.55% to use alongside K E until things settle down. Will still be following this thread and keeping fingers crossed for all you CHAPS folk.

My first note on this site altho have been reading avidly every day. CHAPS 8th Oct for £20k not arrived. BACS 20th Oct for £519 to close account arrived in Barclays an hour ago. Anyone any idea where my "20K is....

Just found 'F/FLOW' credit entry in my Lloyds TSB account: must have arrived this afternoon. Was initiated 8/10 for action 9/10, using CHAPS. All there except charged £20 twice for a CHAPS transfer delayed by 9 business-days (will catch-up with that!). Am staying here, in this thread, to see the remaining transfers in and perhaps to help to finish this business off. Thank you, so many good people, for fantastic support!
