Haider was keeping a list of us unlucky ones yesterday. Has anone heard from him today? I haven't been on the forum since earlier and am out of touch with what's going on.

It looks as tho some have been getting their money today, but not me

A KE supervisor has just rung me to check that the money that was put through after my previous calls and their investigation has reached me. Now tell me that making a fuss doesn't make a difference...

I asked whether the official statement about all payments being actioned by Friday was likely to be met. I was told, "I can't comment on that." I took that to be a, "No" (as last week) as it would ahe been much easier to say, "Yes."

I do find people who moan and complain without bothering to try to do anything about their situation utterly incomprehensible.

Finally, my second and final CHAPS payment (8/10) arrived into my Nat West linked account sometime late this afternoon. :j Will still be rooting for those whose transfers haven't arrived yet and checking in on this forum regularly. It has been such a godsend and source of support. Lots of luck to you all :grouphug:

Totally understand your frustration. Be rest assured though that this thread has been high on the list of priorities on ING recently because of the fight & determination of some very special people on here who have constantly bombarded them on everyones behalf for the past 2 weeks - Yours included!

However, some other people felt that by the support of this site/thread, there was little need for them to sit by a telephone day after day getting even more stressed out by being read the same script as every other frustrated person

I'm glad for you that you feel that your method alone got you your money back & sincere congratulations to you :T

I'm sure if you read through most of the posts of this thread & its predecessor (5000) posts! you will soon learn that this comunity put up one hell of a fight!!

I was amazed this afternoon to find that £10k which I requested by BACS on the 13th has arrived today by CHAPS. Guess I am just a lucky one! I had recieved the '5%' e-mail.

There seems to be no pattern to who gets the money first and how. Then all the misinformation has been appalling. I was going to leave some in with ING, but not now.

Hopefully everyone gets paid this week.

£34k CHAPS transfer 19Oct received today 22 Oct, £20 only correctly deducted at account.

So it seems things are returning to normal, although in normal times I would expect a chaps transfer to happen the same working day it was started.

Happy to have the money in a UK bank under UK guarantee - I feel the UK gov are more accountable to me.

Hope everyone else gets their money soon.

Just checked my a/c again for the Nth time; no joy! Again hearty congrats to those who got their money today! Maybe me tomorrow; who knows??

You're not on your own, I haven't had mine either. I don't understand why, when others who have had theirs today were requested on the 7th by CHAPS aswell. There just doesn't seem to be any logical order for these payments. If I don't get it by Friday, I think I'll spontaneously combust!
