Transfer on 7th october went through eventually on friday 17th. Still waiting for transfer put through on 13th October. No email from ING. Guess I have to wait until friday 24th according to their updates.

I wish I believed in The System as much as you clearly do OTR!

I've worked within large organisations for far too long (30-odd years) to think that general action or media-led action makes much of a difference. The individual shouting persistently long and loud will usually get heard first.

By giving the information I gave earlier about how I'd got my money (BACs from 13th - I had the 5% email), I was only trying to help those people left with early request for transfer paymnt dates who hadn't yet got their cash back to take some control of their own destinies.

I'm sorry if that has offended people.

I continue to believe that in this world one has to stand up and fight (assertively, but politely) for what one wants.

I called many times & never once did they ask my name. I have sent many emails without reply. I also spoke with a whole range of different people from both KE & ING only to be told very different versions of the same crap every day. This was not a media led action - Albeit some people thought that was the only option at times. But we do know for a fact that this forum was way up in the list of priorities of ING as I mentioned earlier & the collective are winning the point as far as I can see!

Got my dough at around 4pm today - it was requested on the 13th (9 days) which I don't think is bad going at all. Well done ING :rotfl:
