Snags - if they won't be reasonable with the parental leave then it may be time to visit your GP and be a bit stressed or depressed......... not much they can do if you are signed off. they won't like it but a company like that would know better than to rock the boat.I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
