My OH has finally found out about his job.
They have refused voluntary redundancy, he is gutted as he really doesnt want to stay there but doesnt want to walk away with nothing after 20 years service. His confidence levels are so low that he isnt able to even consider getting another job and I fear he is close to a serious bout of depression:(But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
