hi everyone, im a newbie! im gettin married nxt june and ive just ordered a dress from landy bridal. i tried a similar one on in a bridal shop and it was ten times more expensive than it was on landy!!! im so nervous i know the one that i tried in the shop was the dress of my dreams, so i just hope i works out ok. has anyone else orderd from there recently?

welcome dollybird, which dress did you order, sorry we can be a bit nosey on here. Everyone seems to have a really positive experience with Landy. When you say nxt June do you mean June2010 or 09?

Quite a few of us have ordered from them recently - scroll back a few pages, a few of us have written detailed descriptions and comments about the quality and workmanship of our dresses, there are photos from a number of people as well.

I don't think there is any difference at all.

I chose to order direct from Landy as it worked out £40 cheaper. Would have ordered from ebay without hesitation if that was the cheaper option - you are getting the same product in the end.:D

Hi Guys,

I have been writing to Landy for a few days now as I am ordering my dresses from them in the next few days. I was just wondering if anyone has asked for cravats and hankerchiefs? Were getting the suits from Moss and the colour of the cravats isnt quite as dark as I would like so I have asked them to make them for me, I have had an email today from ivan who has asked for pictures of what we want, I thought these would be standard and am stuck as to what to send him? Anyone got any ideas?

Something like this? This is what we're having but in fuschia. I am going to ask Milly to send me some fabric the same as the bridesmaids dresses and I bought the pattern to make them yourself off E-bay for £4.99 and going to have a go at making them myself!!!

There are other styles of cravats on Ebay too.
