Thanks everyone for the advice on the measurements, mshelsbels I think I'll try and do what u've done, getting a seamstress to take them and then someone to double check, but as u say tigerlily, prob anyone who is extra careful will be fine!!

Landy just emailed me pics of this dress and this dress that they've made for other people. I'm not too keen on the job they've done on the 1st one I have to say (not sure if the colour they've done it in has put me off!) but they 2nd one looks good.

Milly also sent me pics of the second one (Maggie Sottero SaBelle) which looks good.

If anyone wants me to email them then just PM me your email address.

Hey Sexylegs your dress is stunning! I do love the colour and the beadwork is lovely! Does it have lace detail on the skirt? COuld not figure it out...lol
Best wishes to you! Oh I think I will be using some nivea or loral tanning moisturizer on face neck shoulders and arms, so nothing drastic for me...LOL

Wow - I think they both look amazing and VERY similar to the originals! I know what you mean about the colour though of the first one, but the beadwork etc looks excellent.

Thanks a lot for the pictures! Wow that second dress REALLY does look so impressive! I love how they did the skirt, and its not an easy one! Wonder if it would look good without the train, I am not sure that I would be able to manage with it as we might have an outside wedding... But i love that dress!:j:j

Yes it has lase on the train, what would have been good if I had a little of bolero jacket in the same lace, the Seamstress says I don't need sash as well as my friends so I may go without now, I am a bit concious of my arms but I would need to be able to match it up and there isn't much time. the wedding is next Friday :eek:
