I've heard back from Landy and they can do my dress (YAY!) - the cost is $250 for 'normal' material or $500 for silk, both inc P&P.

The original dress is silk....so methinks its gonna have to be the same! I really hope is going to be as lovely - I think I'll double check with Landy how different it'll be.

Has anyone on here ordered this dress, I am thinking of the dark ivory or champaign, can you help me out ladies, will the corset be good of this with criss cross back. I've tried similar on in shops and it suited my shape.

What do you mean by criss cross back Sexylegs? Do you mean the lace up style or something different? Been a few day's now so you may have already ordered, it does look gorgeous.

I was wondering about the colour swatches, does anyone have them I can't decide if I want red or lilac, but it's so hard sometimes red's can look a bit cheap iyswim.

Also if anyone sees anything that they think will suit a larger bride can they let me know (or should I say largest sob!!!)

Hi all,

I have been watching from a distance for awhile and have decided to take the plunge and order from Landy, I have picked my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dress, have yet to pick my own. I want to have a proper look at the colours though before I order so does anyone know where I can order the colour swatch from please???

Does anyone know how good Landy are at making designs from pictures?
My daughter has seen a bm dress on Landy's website that goes really well with her wedding dress but has seen a pic elsewhere of the design she'd like for the flowergirl dresses, are they good at making new patterns?
I know that Milly keep you in touch with photo's of progress but believe Landy don't do this so am a little worried.
It would be better to get the dresses from the same place as the fg dresses have a coloured section and if made by the same people then the colour will match exactly.

I just think its for Satin.... dunno if they have for others... like lace....

What is difference between satin and taffeta? In their sample pic white looks matt, is it really matte or is it shiny?

They are usually really quick - less than 12 hours whenever I have emailed.
