Hi Everyone,
Just thought i would let you know my dress came from Landy today and it is beautiful. It came in a smallish package the size of a pillow i ordered a shrug and a hoop too so i was surprised but when i opened it it all sort of sprung out. The dress is really lovely with lots of beads and detail on it. My cousin is coming round on wednesday to help me get it on because it is really big and cant manage it on my own so i really hope it fits i cant wait.:j

Definately not, I've given up looking for a venue and now can't even be bothered to ring anywhere else. So i told my Mum last week, i have a project for you - find me somewhere and i'll book it. We all need a good Mum to sort things out for us. That's why mine is now taking me to look around a few venues on Fri. Project wedding is now firmly in her capables. Thank goodness! Phew!

Hi i'm wondering if you've come across any Alfred Sung dresses? They arent as expensive as some of the other designers and his paradise collection has some dresses similar to the one you had a quote for. Perhaps worth a look?

How often is acceptable to email Landy to check progress ect?

I ordered Sunday 12th July and since - have emailed them every day lol

Rinroo, we've booked an appointment at a Maggie shop that's having a 'designer weekend' and they've asked if they can have 'Jodie' plus 'Loren' which is the other that she likes. Then we'll see if that style suits!
I think we're getting somewhere!

I only emailed once, a week after I placed my order to check they had it and there were no problems....

i wouldn't email everyday because that may become very irritating to them, think of the emails they get each day, they must have loads! Just be patient email them towards the end of your estimated date to check progress and to make sure everything is fine. They will email you if there are any hiccups.
