  • Good morning all flyers!

Two days off for Mr Cardiff and it's started very well. Minimal flying yesterday as had a me-evening; went for a run and then to dinner plus a show at the Millennium Centre. ALl v sophis :D

Today I am alternating a 3/4 hr computer-based session (dissertating, sending exciting emails about potential new jobs etc and making big plans) with laf an hour chilling and half an hours frantic FLYing. I have visitors this weekend and would like a spick and span batchelor pad to show off hehe.

So far I have made me en suite sheeny-shiny. BIG thanks to pigpen for all her efforts with this thread. Last week's FLYing made today so much easier and I even found the shiny bits under the grime on the towel heater!

My next HHC (is that the right term) will be from 10:45 to 11:15. Any partakers? Personally, I will be sorting the bed and making a start on the ever increasing pile of post in on the bedroom floor...

    How's my lady today?

In my half hour frenzy I:
    Put washing on airer
    Stripped the bed
Put linen and other whites on to wash
    Hoovered mattress
Hung Duvet over clean wall-y bit on balcony
Hoovered floor (more satisfaction with dust production levels)
    Cleaned paintwork
Did a quick blitz of post pile (generating three more urgent jobs for today... it seems car tax is due)
Made big pile on bed of stuff to work through for the next couple of half hour sessions

    And that's about it!

    You?

    Big love
