Hi ya,
Just went to post what I did in my HHC and the battery went on my laptop... just come upstairs to plug it in...
So, have finished the bathroom, windows, sink, loo, bath, tiles, floor, pipework, woodwork, ceiling (got carried away rinsing off the tiles with the shower...;) ), you name it, it is now clean and dog hair free in there...
Also put another washload on and folded all the washing, vacuumed landing and contacted insurance again to find out whats happening about the car....
I'm going to contact some people re my business now, coz I really need to and I must make myself... will power, that's all I need, guts, determination, and just a little bit of dutch courage - well maybe a lot actually - have I mentioned I really HATE doing this??? I have my list beside me of questions I want to say, things they might say back, etc, I'm prepared, I just can't pick up the phone...:rotfl:

Hi everyone
Not posted yet this week, have been busy decorating. Bathroom has a new floor and is finished, Lounge has been painted and all the glossing done, just the carpet to be fitted. Have cleared DD1s room to be painted tomorrow/Friday.....bit tired!!
Just done basic flying as while doing all above I have been doing the snap comp and won £25 in JL Vouchers.
Should have everything done this week and then back to normal flying next week!!WIN £2008 in 2008 £1836.31 2009 wins - £91!!! 2010 wins in Oz $ 6170.... wins 2011 aprox $2000
MFIT - number 37. Reduce my mortgage from £63,500 to £48,000. now at 54,000...0 -
hex we've always had 'normal' blinds in the bathroom, a wipe clean one might be a good idea if they do such a thing
Denise, stop putting it off and get it one woman!!!
**hides the tshirt she just washed to put in the bin** me, no, never.....
denise, unfortunately Luke hates the bath, he loves streams, rivers, lakes, ponds, puddles etc just hates the bath and the hose! So I have to lift the 25kg lump in then almost sit on him to keep him in.
Back from pee clinic, pigpen you're right, peeing in the wind, they've put him back on the same meds he was told to stop taking by another doctor. DS2s 1.43 metres tall, height of an 'average' (according to the growth charts) 12 year old, interesting that's why at 7 (8 at the end of next January) he's bigger than a lot of the kids at school....
HHC before didn't got too bad but din't finish, well barely started, the kitchen. Will have to get it done.
Just got a call from Dad to say Mam's aunty passed away this morning and Mam has gone through to be with Nana, it makes you realise how 'old' family members are getting, my Nana gets worried that her time is soon when others pass away. Wasn't close to Great Aunty, didn't see her much since we got older but a lovely lady who'll be missed very much by her close family.
Right, enough of the doom and gloom, I am sure we all know lifes a crock of poop sometimes! What should I do next? Kitchen probablyMaybe a 4pm start then I can have a lazy half hour...)
One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Built myself right up, now have to wait as a call came in and just waiting for a response... what a letdown...
HEX: I've just got a small venetian jobbie in my bathroom - they do those quite cheap in Dunelm too - great thing about it is it's easy to wipe down each time so no mould as plastic...
Right, better start putting away washing I think... I knew it needed replacing as when it was cold earlier this year I had to keep a set of jump leads in the boot, BIL rescued me from the drive a couple of times! Glad it was today and not tomorrow tbh as I am at work and would have no chance to sort it then. All done now so at least I can rest easy on that score, Miss A has gone to messy church, W and I have read Goose on th Loose, just having a :coffee: if anyone wants o join me and a slice or three  of fruit loaf, missed out on a proper lunch today.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

OK, OK, I've done it... I rang 9 developers and have to send out 3 lots of details and follow up, so well worth doing (eventually I hear you say...:o ), but saw my stars when I looked them up on google (I have that Igoogle thing where you can have stuff on there, 'sgood...) and this is what they said... do you think someones trying to tell me something and do we have "philosophical discussions" on here? :rotfl: :rotfl: (I'm Pisces by the way...)
"You may be overly concerned with how your current job prevents you from reaching your long-term goals. The Sun's entry into your 9th House of Big Ideas can work against your efficiency by distracting you with philosophical discussions about the purpose of life. These conversations may be fun, but they should be kept to a minimum until you finish your work. "Wednesday, October 22, 2008

Guess I'm lucky that he gets in himself - I really don't think (in fact I know) I could lift him in... big fat heffalump...:rotfl:

Big fella!!! Mine is opposite and the smallest in his year... (whole other set of problems with that - chip on sholder springs to mind...)

No problem, I'm nosier (is that even a word?) than most so I don't mind at all...;)
I do 'home staging' (House Doctoring if that makes more sense) and showhomes (when I can get the work)... - a sort of cheap version of interior design. At the moment I work for a friend who does the same so at least I'm earning a bit, but I really need to push forward... Been to LOADS of marketing and training courses, know what I should do, just can't get myself to do it... confidence thing I think, but it's hard having to wear every hat to run a business sometimes eh... If I could just do my job I'd be great, but then you have to do everything else too, paperwork, marketing, banking, book-keeping, making the coffee... (where's my junior, not home from school yet?...):rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:LBM April 2013 - £29,000.00Vanquis CC's PAID - Debenhams SC PAID - A+L OD PAID - Asda CC £783.75Barclaycard CC £1400.78 - BoS CC PAID - Freemans Cat PAIDF/D Loan & CC £1458.96 - Santander Loan PAID - Mum Loan PAIDRBS OD PAID - F/D OD £1026.52Weekly Grocery Challenge - £95.00 budget / spend £-0
